I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Termini train station. the value for money was excellent - I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, spoke English fluently, and gave helpful directions for getting around. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room was also impressive, with basic amenities provided and everything thoroughly cleaned.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky with poor signage and confusion on which floor the reception was located. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs and elevator was a struggle.

Had a wonderful Easter break at this hotel – great value for money! The location was perfect, close to the airport trains and the metro. The restaurant next door was amazing, with superb quality food! The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast brought right to our room was a very nice touch.

The lift up to the room was a bit old-fashioned, with double doors and a gate, making it difficult to get our luggage in and out. , there was no central light in the bedroom, which made it a bit tough to apply makeup.
